Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how subscription refunds and cancellations work at Pantreo. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

Free trial

Pantreo offers a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. You will not be charged during your trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will owe nothing. We recommend trying the Service fully during your trial to make sure it’s right for you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. When you cancel:

Refunds

Because we offer a free trial, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged. However, we want you to be satisfied. We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, including in situations such as:

To request a refund, email pantreo.support@gmail.com with your account email and a brief explanation. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.

Annual plans

If you subscribe to an annual plan and cancel during the term, your plan remains active until the end of the paid year and does not renew. Annual fees are non-refundable except as described above or as required by law.

Purchases through app stores

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play rather than directly on our website, your purchase is subject to that store’s refund policies and must be requested through them. We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made through third-party app stores.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
