Delete Your Account & Data

You can permanently delete your Pantreo account and all of the data associated with it at any time. Here's exactly what happens and how to request it.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us at from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Use the subject line "Delete my account" and include your account email in the message so we can locate it.
  3. We'll verify the request, delete your data, and email you a confirmation once it's complete.

Requesting from your account email helps us verify it's really you. If you can't email from that address, contact us and we'll verify another way.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, and usually much sooner. You'll receive an email confirmation when your data has been removed.

A note on billing & legal records

If you have an active paid subscription, it will be canceled as part of the deletion. We may retain a minimal record of past transactions (such as invoices) only where required by law โ€” for example, tax and accounting obligations โ€” for the period the law requires. These records are never used for any other purpose and contain no meal, health, or usage data.
